Registration will be available starting at 9AM for those who have not pre-registered. Riders will be given their packet at that time with directions and maps, and all participants will be required to sign a liability release. All riders must be 18 or older, and any passengers under 18 will need a release signed by their parent or legal guardian.
Entry: Solo riders will cost $25, and additional hands for passengers will cost $15. Each hand purchased includes a catered meal after the ride. Additional draws (mulligans) can be purchased at the time of registration for $5 each. T-shirts will be sold for $10 each. Participants who pre-register by May 1, 2008 will enjoy reduced entry fees!
Times: First bike out will leave at 9AM. Last bike out will leave at 11AM. The post-ride meal will begin at 3PM. The last bike in time is 4PM. Prizes will be awarded at 4PM.
The run will consist of 5 stops, approximately 30-40 miles apart. Total distance is 171 miles. Snacks and refreshments will be offered at each stop. Fuel stops are on the route. Each participant will draw one card at each stop. If participant has purchased mulligans, and so desires, they may discard their card and redraw. Once you leave the stop, you may not change your card.
Prizes will be awarded for best hand, 2nd best hand, and for worst hand. Standard poker scoring will apply. Door prizes will be awarded by random draw.
Participants will need to certify that their vehicle is covered by liability insurance. Riders agree not to operate their vehicles in violation of any state laws, and to obey the posted speed limits. Intoxicated riders will not be permitted to participate. No refunds will be given for no-shows or rain outs. Entry fees will be considered a charitable contribution.
